Teapresso Bar Hilo in Hilo, HI is continuously looking for baristas to join our team. We are located on 500 Manono Street. Our ideal candidate is outgoing, self-driven, reliable and likes to work in a fun team environment. This is a faced-paced environment that requires ability to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy, multi-tasking and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Maintain a clean, sanitary and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally

Qualifications

• Proven working experience is a plus
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail and standards
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• works well with other team members

• availability to work different shifts including weekends
