The Opportunity:
We’re seeking an experienced Call Center Manager to lead and elevate our Call Center team in Clearwater, FL. If you’re a proactive leader with a passion for customer experience and team success, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, train, and manage a high-performing team of Call Center Representatives
Oversee daily operations and appointment scheduling for our sales team
Confirm customer appointments and ensure scheduling accuracy
Manage inbound and outbound call flows
Maintain top-tier customer service standards
Monitor and meet performance goals, quotas, and KPIs
Work closely with sales and operations to optimize results
What You Bring:
Prior experience managing a call center or customer service team
Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
Comfortable with evening and weekend availability
Tech-savvy with solid computer and CRM skills
