Job Description

Vannin Chief of Staff has been retained by a private-equity backed SaaS company serving the FinTech ecosystem.

Our client is entering its next phase of growth under a newly appointed CEO. With a mandate to double revenues over the next two years, the company is investing in a more strategic leadership infrastructure. The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in professionalizing execution, driving alignment across the executive team, and serving as a force multiplier to the CEO. This is the first time the company has introduced a true Chief of Staff model—positioned not as tactical operations but as a strategic engine for value creation.

This will be a full-time, exempt position open to candidates based in the greater Denver metro area. 3x/week in office requirement. Our client is relocating offices from Broomfield to Downtown Denver On November 1, 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Value Creation & Strategic Execution
  • Own the value creation plan and operating cadence.
  • Structure and manage executive leadership team alignment, time, and priorities to achieve company goals.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, maximizing his impact.
  • Executive Team Alignment & Operating Cadence
  • Establish executive operating cadence (weekly, quarterly, board prep).
  • Partner with executive team members to set and monitor OKRs & KPIs across functions.
  • Enable the team to meet new expectations, acting as the “glue” for leadership alignment.
  • Communications
  • Direct report to CEO, with visibility across the executive leadership team.
  • Maintain high discretion, clarity, and accountability in all communications.
  • Oversee board reporting and prep, serving as a key point of connection between the CEO, leadership team, and Board.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of operational or management consulting experience
  • 5+ years of project and change management expertise
  • Exposure to quickly-scaling startup as a Chief of Staff or business operations leader
  • Familiarity with private equity Chief of Staff model
  • PE-backed SaaS or tech-enabled business expertise
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent GSuite/Microsoft office skills

  • Track record of operationalizing strategy through OKRs, KPIs, and reporting systems.
  • A disciplined change leader who balances urgency with doing things the right way, driving lasting organizational improvement.
  • Brings exceptional communication skills and executive presence, acting as the cohesive force across the leadership team and broader stakeholder network.
  • Nice-to-have: experience contributing to GTM or Revenue Operations initiatives.
  • Available to work onsite (T, W, Th minimum)
  • Ability to travel up to 10% or as needed.

Compensation : $180,000-220,000 base salary + equity
