Position: Barista

• We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and energetic Barista to join our café team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Beverages: Craft and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other menu items following company recipes and standards.
• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and ensure each customer has an exceptional experience.
• Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently use espresso machines, grinders, and other café tools.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar, seating area, and equipment clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Stock & Inventory: Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate any shortages to management.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your teammates to ensure smooth and efficient café operations.
• Upselling: Recommend and upsell menu items, seasonal specials, and merchandise.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience is preferred, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
