Position: Entry Level Events Assistant

Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about event planning and execution. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced event coordinators to help organize and manage a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of various events.
Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, catering, and transportation.
Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.
Help prepare event materials including signage, agendas, and promotional items.
Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
A strong team player with the ability to work independently when required.
