We are currently looking for a family nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our primary care practice in Alexandria, VA

• Procedural and Women's Health Focus : Perform routine Pap smears and engage in IUD placements (training provided), expanding your women's health skill set.
• Manageable Patient Volume : Maintain high quality of care with a structured volume of 20-24 patients per day. Appointments are primarily 15 minutes for follow-ups, with 30 minutes for annual physicals and minor procedures.
• Predictable M-F Schedule : Enjoy a consistent schedule with clinical hours Mon-Fri (8 AM-12 PM, 1 PM-5 PM), a half-day off per week, and no weekends or admin time required.
• Supportive Team Environment: Work in a single-location practice supported by tenured staff (Nurses, Receptionists, Office Managers) and a shared pool of MAs, with plans to implement Athena's iScribe for charting efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of post graduate experience highly preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
• Board certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant
• Active Virginia license or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
