A well-established outpatient clinic in eastern Pennsylvania is currently hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide personalized, high-quality care to individuals across the lifespan. The provider will be responsible for conducting physical exams, diagnosing and managing a variety of conditions, delivering preventive care and vaccinations, and offering health education that supports long-term wellness. • Requires at least one year of Nurse Practitioner experience in a family or primary care setting
• Experienced in performing routine evaluations, administering immunizations, and providing patient counseling
• Able to develop and implement care plans based on evidence-based guidelines
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems and maintaining accurate documentation
• Committed to working collaboratively with clinical staff to enhance patient outcomes
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Pennsylvania
