MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF RECENT RELATED EXPERIENCE Connect Staffing is looking for a Bilingual Forklift Operator/Material Handler to join a leading mattress manufacturing company in Waco, TX! Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm (Occasional OT) Forklift Operator/Material Handler Requirements: Must have at least 2 years of recent related experience Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Attention to detail Must be able to read, write, and count. Ability to lift 50+lbs Able to stand for 8+ hours during your shift Prior experience in roles such as a Warehouse Associate, Loader/Unloader, Forklift Operator or Production Assistant is a big plus! Forklift Operator/Material Handle r Benefits: Affordable health and dental plans Referral Program Forklift Operator/Material Handler Responsibilities: Move raw materials, supplies, and finished products to and from production areas.  Track and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels are properly documented and managed. Load and unload shipments, verify incoming and outgoing materials, and prepare items for shipment according to specifications.  Inspect materials for damage or defects and report discrepancies to supervisors or quality control staff.  Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping duties when needed.
