Our Brand Design team is growing and we're seeking a passionate, inspiring Design Director with strong experience building brands from the ground up and creating provocative work for clients across categories. You'll lead a talented team of brand designers and collaborate across disciplines to help create fully immersive brand experiences that have an impact on both our teams and clients. 

Guidelines for Freelance:

• Your expertise lies in brand creation and development, rather than simply executing pre-defined brand strategies.
• We would need you to be available full-time from 9:30am-6:30pmEST from October 20th until December 23rd.
• We are looking for a very autonomous senior maker. Someone who can lead and feels comfortable leading with their POV. 
• If you have experience with AI and tech leaning brands that's a huge plus 

What you'll do:

• Lead the creative process, developing brand identity systems that span different spaces and experiences across creative disciplines. You'll help ensure that the work is concise and thoughtful and delivers a real impact on our clients' businesses
• Manage up to 3 projects at once and take ownership of the design process and deliverables while providing day to day support and guidance to other members across design teams
• Guide and influence the work, working closely with internal teams to ensure that design is impeccable and aligned with our clients' visions.
• Be responsible for exceptional design quality and oversee the decision-making process throughout all phases of a project. You identify and resolve day-to-day staffing and workload concerns, ensuring everyone on your team has what they need to be successful.
