The Guest Service Representative (GSR) embodies the property’s commitment to exceptional service, ensuring guests receive efficient, courteous, and professional assistance in all front office operations. The Guest Service Representative plays a key role in ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay at our properties. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest inquiries or issues. We seek highly motivated team members. Responsibilities:

• Check guests in and out of the property
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the local area
• Assist with resolving guest complaints and issues
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
• This position is for our morning shift 7am-3pm (Weekends Mandatory)(3 days Weekly)
• Punctual Attendance is a must
