As an Independent Freight Agent, you’ll gain access to:

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage your own freight agency with Landstar’s full support.
• Provide sales and operational services to your clients across multiple transportation modes.
• Leverage Landstar’s tools, technology, and network to expand your reach and say “yes” to more opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in transportation or logistics (e.g., Freight Broker, Agent, Dispatcher, LTL Sales, National Account Sales).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for customer service and freight solutions.
• Strong understanding of freight markets and carrier relationships.
