We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong SAP and manufacturing expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the launch of a new SAP program, working closely with stakeholders to document business processes, gather requirements, and align manufacturing and shop floor systems with SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and SAP consultants to define and document requirements for SAP implementation in a manufacturing environment.
• Analyze and document how Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) integrate and work with SAP.
• Lead workshops, Kaizen events, and Lean process mapping sessions to capture current and future state business processes.
• Develop detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and gap analyses.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, supply chain, product management, and sales operations to ensure requirements are aligned with organizational goals.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams, ensuring clarity of requirements and smooth project execution.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management activities.
• Provide input into continuous improvement initiatives for IT and business processes.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in manufacturing, supply chain, product management, or sales operations.
• Strong experience in SAP (implementation or enhancement projects).
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing/shop floor systems such as MES and their integration with SAP.
• Proven ability to lead Kaizen/Lean workshops, perform process mapping, and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions.
• Strong documentation skills, including business requirements, process maps, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with supply chain, material management, logistics, planning, product specifications, or BOMs.
• Exposure to sales operations or e-commerce processes.
• Knowledge of SAP modules relevant to manufacturing and supply chain.
• Experience in large-scale SAP transformation or rollout programs.
