**Job Summary and Qualifications**
As a Legal Assistant, you will support multiple staff level counsel with focus on attention to detail and strong communication skills.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Provide high-quality administrative and document support to attorneys on the Labor & Employment team, using sound judgment and familiarity with legal processes.
+ Draft, format, and finalize a wide range of documents and correspondence, including contracts, letters, presentations, and electronic communications.
+ Prepare document comparisons (redlines), identify key differences, and support attorneys in evaluating revisions.
+ Develop visually effective PowerPoint presentations and other materials for internal and external audiences.
+ Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and WebEx, and manage scheduling, coordination, and logistics for meetings, deadlines, and travel.
+ Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with departmental standards.
+ Learn and effectively use company systems, applications, and workflows to support team operations and enhance overall efficiency.
**Job Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree is preferred
+ 3+ years of experience in legal administrative assistant role or other similar admin support position is required
+ Strong organizational skill and attention to detail is required
+ Ability to multi-task is required
+ Must have strong communication and writing skills is required
+ Proficiency in Power Point and Excel is preferred
