Job Description

What you will be doing:

• Conduct an audit of existing vendor contracts to identify missing documentation, outdated terms, incomplete data fields, or non-standard clauses.
  
• Work with Legal, Procurement, and business stakeholders to resolve gaps, collect missing information (e.g., insurance certificates, signatures, amendments, ownership transfers), and ensure records are complete and compliant.
  
• Maintain and update contract templates, descriptions, and clause libraries.
  
• Ensure contract templates align with company policies, applicable laws, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Conduct preliminary legal research on procurement laws and industry standards.
  
• Verify vendor compliance with legal requirements.
  
• Assist with the creation, drafting, and updating of contract-related management bulletins.
  

Experience you will need:

• Strong knowledge of contract structure, legal terminology, and procurement processes.
  
• Experience with Workday Strategic Sourcing.
  
• Procurement or commercial contract experience preferred.
