We’re looking for a  skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist  to join our  pediatric therapy program at Bingham Memorial Hospital in Blackfoot, Idaho . What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Day-to-Day)

• Collaborate with children, families, and healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based interventions that improve functional skills, strength, coordination, and independence.
• Educate families on techniques for daily living, joint protection, and energy conservation.
• Track progress, update treatment plans, and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Support families and caregivers in helping each child reach their highest potential.
• Stay current with best practices in pediatric occupational therapy and incorporate them into your care.
• Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, and a safe, engaging therapy environment.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Licensed (or eligible for immediate licensure) as an Occupational Therapist in Idaho.
• Previous experience in a  pediatric setting  preferred.
• Passionate about helping children achieve milestones through creativity and compassion.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills—you value collaboration and open dialogue.
• Organized, self-motivated, and confident balancing multiple priorities.
• Comfortable with electronic medical records and digital tools (bonus points for tech-savviness!).
