As a Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) Developer , you will play a key role in building and optimizing decisioning capabilities that power personalized customer experiences. The Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) Developer will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to design, configure, and implement scalable decisioning strategies and rules that meet client objectives.
The Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) Developer will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of Pega CDH solutions with external systems, conducting rigorous testing to maintain quality and performance, and providing ongoing technical support in production environments.
In this role, the Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) Developer will also contribute to solution architecture discussions, mentor junior team members, and continuously explore ways to leverage Pega's advanced AI and decisioning capabilities for business optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) solutions aligned with client requirements and enterprise standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and workflows.
Develop and configure Pega CDH components including strategies, decision tables, adaptive models, and customer journeys.
Integrate Pega CDH with external systems and data sources to enable seamless data flow and real-time decisioning.
Conduct comprehensive testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure system quality and reliability.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain Pega CDH applications in production environments.
Provide technical troubleshooting, issue resolution, and post-implementation support.
Create and maintain documentation for configurations, design patterns, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective delivery of decisioning solutions.
Stay current on Pega platform updates, CDH enhancements, and emerging best practices in AI-driven engagement.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing and implementing Pega CDH solutions.
Deep understanding of Pega CDH architecture, components, and data flow .
Strong experience with decisioning strategies, rules, adaptive models, and next-best-action design.
Expertise in integrating Pega CDH with enterprise systems and external data platforms.
Proven experience in testing, deployment, and performance optimization within Pega environments.
Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) certification required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile team environment.
