Duration: Full-Time
IRS MBI Clearance needed.
Pega Developer Responsibilities:
Collaborate in a multi-vendor Agile environment with IRS personnel.
Modernize and streamline IRS business processes and case management.
Design, construct, and test Pega applications.
Optimize workflows to enhance efficiency.
Facilitate design sessions and use a data-led approach for assessments.
Engage stakeholders to identify impacts and dependencies.
Develop prototypes and create process flows for current and future states.
Required Skills and Experience
Certification: Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) or higher.
Experience: 6+ years in Pega development; Agile proficiency; case management expertise.
Strong skills in requirements elaboration, troubleshooting, and data insights.
Knowledge of scaled Agile practices for large implementations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science, or four additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience at IRS.
General understanding of IRS organizations and tax administration programs.
Experience in business architecture design with the Pega platform.
Experience with designing data models.
Pega experience within the IRS organization or another large public organization.
Experience leading business process modernization in large organizations.
Experience working within SAFe.
Experience in the federal contracting market would be helpful but is not required.
