Utilize both scripted and relationship-based selling approaches to drive conversions. Address customer queries effectively and promote upselling/cross-selling opportunities. Maintain CRM records with high accuracy and ensure up-to-date data management. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Contribute to a positive team culture and engage actively in floor activities. 🏢 Candidate Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in international outbound sales (UK / US / Australia markets). Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent. Prior experience working with dialers / CRM systems preferred. Strong sales acumen, with a passion for conversation, persuasion, and closing deals. Target-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for growth and learning. Interest or knowledge in wine products will be an added advantage.
