The property manager will oversee the coordination and supervision of service providers and be accountable for all on-site property management, including local marketing, all tenant relations and financial reporting. • Maintain property by investing and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and contracting with landscaping services to ensure our tenant’s satisfaction
• Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing
• Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants
• Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases
• Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes

Qualifications:

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Past sales experience is preferred
• Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone
• Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office
• Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends
• High School Diploma or GED required
