Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Build emails from scratch using existing templates in Content Builder.
Build Automations within in Automation Studio using different activities like SQL Activity, Send Email Activity and Import/Export activities.
Create sendable Data Extensions in Contact Builder and Email Studio.
Created Journeys to send emails to customers using different entry sources and flow activities.
Built reports to analyze the behavior of customers using Datorama and Email Studio.
Testing different emails, automations and Journeys in UAT and Prod Business Units.
Skills Required: Basic understanding of different Studios like Content Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder and Contact Builder within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Tool.
Technical Skills: HTML, Ampscript and SQL.
