School Social Worker - School-Based + Location: Rockford, IL + Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday + Grade Level: Flexible based on preference + Start Date: Flexible based on availability + Travel opportunities available for those residing 50+ miles away. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled School Social Worker to join a student-centered team in Rockford, IL. This full-time, in-person role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students' emotional, social, and academic development in a collaborative school environment. Role Overview The School Social Worker will provide direct services to students, contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Individualized Health Plans (IHPs), and work closely with educators and support staff to ensure students receive the interventions and resources they need to thrive.
