We are seeking an experienced server who is a dedicated, fun, professional, and kind person to add to Alcona Brew Haus!

As a server at Alcona Brew Haus, it is your responsibility not only to uphold the brewery’s high standards, but also to actively share the love of craft beer with guests and to contribute to the success of the operation on a daily basis. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Know Alcona Brew Haus’s menu, wine, liquor, and beer selections in order to suggestively sell all items

- Know how to serve guests with food allergies safely

-To greet, welcome, and invite our customers back, ensuring an enjoyable visit to everyone

-Obtain a required Alcohol service certificate… Tips, Tams, Servsafe, etc.

-To act as a final quality check on food and beverages before they are served

-To assist management in the upkeep of the facility and ensure everything is always clean and well maintained

-To properly pre-bus your tables of all unneeded plates, glasses, and paper

-To complete side work and closing duties as assigned

-To be a team player.

-Must have an enthusiastic and upbeat attitude

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

-Ability to handle multiple tasks and balance fluctuating workloads

-Strong interpersonal skills

-Possess great communication skills

-Must have great attention to detail and the ability to take initiative

-Responsible behavior and professional image

-Must have a positive attitude and strong commitment to Alcona Brew Haus
