Our drivers are our priority and the driving force behind our success. Aero Global Logistics (AGL) is expanding and seeking productive, successful driver associates to join our expanding team.

We provide excellent, well-maintained equipment and the latest in technology including Fleet dispatch, GPS, and all scanning functions from one integrated device.

ROUTE DETAILS:

Each day, you depart from Columbia, TN, at 1:30 AM and deliver 8 stops in the Tennessee aera. (stops include the following cities - Murfreesboro, Cookeville, Sparta, Smithville, Morrison, Manchester, Tullahoma and Shelbyville)

JOB SUMMARY:

Aero Global Logistics is a DDS company that hauls Ford car parts to dealers along the East Coast. Route start time is 1:40 AM - 11:00 AM. This is a dedicated route delivering auto parts for Ford Motor Group. We offer paid on hands training and weekly pay.

AERO DETAILS

$200 per month incentive bonus

Paid weekly – Monday (paper check) Tuesday (direct deposit)

After 1 year you will receive 1-week paid vacation.

We are in the process of purchasing health insurance and will review that offer date once we know it.

We have an onsite dispatcher that can assist with any issues or concerns that may come up during your route.

All drivers are supplied a fuel card, iPhone for scanning, and a route book that gives step by step instructions and details for each stop.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26' box truck safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Load and unload freight, utilizing pallet jacks and other equipment as necessary.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to optimize time and fuel consumption.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate with dispatch regarding any issues or delays.

Qualifications

• Valid license
• Proven 18 months of experience in straight truck driving.
• Experience in delivery driving, load and unload procedures, and route driving
• Strong understanding of freight handling and safety regulations
• Must have DOT medical card or be able to get it within 30 days of employment
• Must have clean driving record (no DUI or reckless acts)
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test & background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $300.00 per day
